By accessing or using globalize.now, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
globalize.now is a software localization tool that automates string extraction, translation key generation, and locale file synchronization for software projects.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage top-ups are charged based on character volume processed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use globalize.now to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service.
6. Intellectual Property
Your code and content remain yours. globalize.now retains ownership of its software, infrastructure, and models.
7. Limitation of Liability
globalize.now is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
